Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules
- These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to the Panasonic Heat Pump ‘Register, Buy & Win’ online promotion
- Competition to be held between 17/05/10 and ending on 31/08/2010. Panasonic New Zealand Limited will conduct the promotion.
- Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules.
- Winners will be contacted by phone.
- The prize is one of four Panasonic Viera X Series 42” Plasma televisions.
- The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on another person’s behalf.
- Only one entry per person.
- Employees of Panasonic New Zealand Limited and their advertising agencies and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate families” include spouses, Grandparents, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension. Panasonic New Zealand Limited reserve the right to verify the validity of entries.
- Panasonic New Zealand Limited disclaims any responsibility for the inability to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, acts of God or otherwise.
- 4 x Winners will be drawn from a database of customers who have registered online for a Heat Pump consultation at Panasonic.co.nz and followed up with a Panasonic Heat Pump purchase between 03/05/10 and 31/08/2010 (promotional period). 1 x winner will be drawn each month (May, June, July and August) and each will win a 42” Plasma TV as specified above.
- Allow up to 28-days for the delivery of prize.
