You can also shoot beautiful, richly detailed movies in full HD (high-definition) (1920 × 1080) at 24 frames per second, or smooth HD (1280 × 720) movies at 60 frames per second in AVCHD format (MPEG-4/ H.264) with continuous auto focus. You can record for a longer time without running out of memory because AVCHD stores less data than Motion JPEG while maintaining stunning image clarity and detail.

You can now set up the perfect shot every time through the large, high resolution electronic viewfinder and the 3-inch multi-angle LCD monitor providing Full-Time Live View. Live View lets you see – before you shoot – how adjusting the exposure compensation, white balance, aperture and even the shutter speed will affect the image. And because any dust that may have entered the camera during lens change is removed by the built-in Dust Reduction System, your newly-captured images will be spotless.
