TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promotion runs from Friday 5th February to Wednesday 31st March 2010. 2. This promotion is only relevant when purchasing the following Panasonic Lumix G Series System Cameras: DMC-G1KGN9-K, DMC-G1WGN9-K, DMC-GF1CGN-K, DMC-GF1KGN-K and DMC-GH1KGN-K. 3. All redemption forms must be received by Panasonic New Zealand Limited no later than 5pm Friday 23rd April 2010. Redemption forms received after this date will be deemed invalid. (Please note there will be NO exceptions.) 4. Only redemption forms with ALL details fully and legibly completed will be eligible for redemption. 5. A copy of the original sales receipt, including the serial number for the Panasonic Lumix G Series System Camera purchased must be attached to the redemption form. If this is not completed the Panasonic Lumix G Series System Camera Cash Back redemption will not be processed and may be deemed void. 6. The copy of the proof of purchase will not be returned at the conclusion of the redemption. 7. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to forward the redemption form and a copy of the sales receipt to Panasonic New Zealand Limited. 8. Panasonic New Zealand Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude the promotion at any time should circumstances dictate. If any participant is found to be abusing this promotion, Panasonic New Zealand Limited has the right to terminate their redemption rights immediately. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Panasonic New Zealand Limited is fi nal. 9. On receipt of your redemption form Panasonic New Zealand Limited will post your cheque to you within four weeks. 10. Cheques will be posted to New Zealand addresses only. 11.
