HOW TO ENTER
1. Purchase any Panasonic Micro, Mini, Car Audio or Home Theatre system to receive your promotional scratch card to reveal whether you are an instant winner.
2. The promotion opens at 12.01am on 31st July and closes at 11.59pm on 30th September 2010 ("Promotion Period").
3. If you are an instant winner to redeem your prize, simply ring the free phone number 0508 276 556 state your prize item and unique code and follow the Promoter’s instructions. All prizes must be claimed by 5pm on Monday 12th October 2010. Allow 28 days for the delivery of each prize.
4. Ensure that you retain your winning scratch card and till receipt as proof of purchase to verify your claim.
Prize Pool
There is a total prize pool of $10,000 worth of iTunes gift cards to be given away.
The prizes are

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
1. Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand; and (ii) are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Promotion; and (iii) are not a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and (iv) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a redemption that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the redemption process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. A limit of two (2) prizes per household will be awarded.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prior to receiving a Prize and being declared a winner, the Eligible Entrant may be required to show proof of identity, e.g. passport or driver’s license, and consents to the use of his or her name and/or photograph in any and all forms of media, without payment or other compensation, in any publicity carried out by Promoter and/or its advertising and promotional agencies.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for death or any personal injury suffered or sustained as consequence participation in the promotion or as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any prize.
9. Allow 28 days delivery for all Prizes. The Promoter is not responsible for any prize which is lost or does not otherwise arrive. Where an item is provided or sponsored by a third party, the entrant/claimant consents to the Promoter providing the third party with his/her name, address and other relevant details to enable the dispatch of the item to the entrant/claimant.
10. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
11. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
12. Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
13. Any person suspected of cheating in the opinion of the Promoter through either the stealing/forgery/mutilation of scratch cards or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting in any way fraudulent, in the opinion of the Promoter, will be removed from the Promotion and damages may be sought.
14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
15. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects Eligible Entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in the Promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out in clause 18.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this Promotion due to events arising beyond its control. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.

18. All personal information provided by Eligible Entrants will be held for the Promoter at Apollo Marketing, PO Box 37-986, Parnell, Auckland, 1151 or such other place as is notified to the Eligible Entrant on request. Under the Privacy Act 1993, Eligible Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information. The Promoter will destroy all details once the Promotion has finished.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions of Entry at any time and from time to time.
