Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

1.    Participation in this "Money Back Offer" is deemed acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shown on our website.

Money Back Offer

2.    Purchase a selected Panasonic Shaver or Groomer model listed in point 6 from a participating Authorised Panasonic
New Zealand Retailer (excluding The Shaver Shop) and if after 14 days of using the product you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can claim your money back within 60 days of the purchase date.  To claim your money back simply fill in the claim form, include a copy of your proof of purchase (Sales Receipt showing the Model Number, Quantity & Purchase Date) and return with the Shaver/Groomer to Panasonic New Zealand ("Money Back Offer") 

3.    This "Money Back Offer" cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer.

4.    The "Money Back Offer" cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

5.    You will receive your "Money Back Offer" in the form of either a Direct Credit to the Nominated Bank Account or a Cheque to the Nominated Person and Nominated Postal Address provided on the Claim Form.

6.    To be eligible to receive your "Money Back Offer" individuals must purchase a selected Panasonic Shaver or Groomer model as outlined below ("Eligible Product"), trial the product for 14 days and if not completely satisfied, return the product to Panasonic within 60 days of the purchase date.

8.    Fill in the Claim Form, attach a copy of your Sales Receipt and send back with the Shaver or Groomer to: Panasonic Shaver/Groomer Money Back Guarantee, Private Bag 14911, Panmure, Auckland 1741.

9.    Please ensure you retain a copy of your Sales Receipt as proof of purchase to verify your claim if required as original Sales Receipts will not be returned.

10.    Each Money Back Guarantee claim received becomes property of Panasonic New Zealand Limited. All details will be held in accordance with the Panasonic Privacy Policy which can be accessed at

11.    All claims submitted are reviewed by Panasonic to ensure they meet the terms and conditions for the "Money Back Offer".

Money Back Offer Fulfilment

12.    You will receive the "Money Back Offer" within 3 weeks either via a Direct Credit to the Nominated Bank Account or a Cheque to the Nominated Person and Nominated Postal Address provided on the Claim Form. Refunds will only be made when all terms and conditions of the Money Back Offer are met, and Panasonic receives the original Panasonic Shaver or Groomer product, a copy of the receipt and the claim form completed in full


13.    This "Money Back Offer" is open to all New Zealand residents. Employees and directors of the Promoter, the Promoter's related companies or any agencies involved in this offer, and the immediate families of each of those persons are eligible to participate in this "Money Back Offer" provided they purchase the "Selected Product" through a participating Authorised Panasonic New Zealand Retailer participating in this offer within New Zealand.

14.    Panasonic New Zealand Limited collects personal information to promote Panasonic products and also to deliver promotional gifts and prizes to participants.  All claims received become the property of the Promoter. Please refer to the Promoter's Privacy Policy for more information.


15.    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Panasonic New Zealand Limited (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the Guarantee value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) use of a prize.


16.    Panasonic New Zealand Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude this offer at any time should circumstances dictate. If any participant is found to be abusing this offer, Panasonic New Zealand Limited has the right to terminate their claim rights immediately. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Panasonic New Zealand Limited is final.
